The Practice carries out major new build and refurbishment projects and John undertakes technical audits on all projects to ensure that defects are avoided. Currently the practice is in Partnering agreements with IKEA (large scale retail), MEPC (business parks) and the University of Bristol (mixed, though predominately laboratories). With each of these diverse clients, the route to achieving major improvements in reliability of delivery, reduced construction costs and shorter build-time has proved to be the same. |
