Currently the practice is in Partnering agreements with IKEA (large scale retail), MEPC (business parks) and the University of Bristol (mixed, though predominately laboratories). With each of these diverse clients, the route to achieving major improvements in reliability of delivery, reduced construction costs and shorter build-time has proved to be the same.
